Have you wondered which colors will be a hit in this year? The answer is simple - all colors! BUT you have to remember about proper matching. If you'll be more noticeable it will be better! Contrast is not funny and undesirable anymore! If you are follow our Instagram, you'll know what I'm going to show. Of course I'm talking about Queen of Psychedelia, known as Anna Sui. Clothes from Anna Sui Tribute Store offered by Stardoll are, in my opinion, boring but normal clothes designed by AS are full of vibrant colors, contrasts and old-style fashion! Her last fashion show was like invite to going down the rabbit hole. Literally, because it was one of her inspirations. This is what she says about it
"I think this collection is all about color – vibrant, joyful, optimistic, super-saturated. I based the palette on the neon bright colors of Victor Moscoso’s psychedelic posters, and the fancifully colored storyboards Mary Blair created for Walt Disney – especially for Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan."
I think she popularized this trend and more people has started to not afraid contrast and bold colors. Of course she is not the only one designer who use it. Under you can see some of my choices from Runway. This photos was our inspiration to make today's lookbook. I have to admit that It was my first attempt with that combination of colors and I just fell in love, especially with pink & orange combination.
